How is shipping calculated?

Shipping cost is calculated by the weight of your order. We try our best to offer shipping cost as low as possible while still ensuring your product makes it to you fast and safe.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible no longer than 7 days depending on what country you order from. Domestic orders typically arrive withing 3-5 business days.

Will I get a tracking number?

A tracking number will be emailed to once your order is placed allowing you to track your package via the service you selected. IT'S A Bodega is not held responsible for any delays in arrival time once USPS or UPS has possession of your order.

Chocolate Alert For Summertime Orders

Please be aware when ordering heat sensitive items as high temperatures affects all food products to some degree, most candy is relatively stable. Still, some types of candy can melt, including chocolate, caramels, marshmallows, and gelatin-based gummies. We can't guarantee heat-sensitive candies will arrive in perfect shape however the vast majority of orders are unaffected by heat but it may be recommended to avoid placing orders during the hotter times of the year. We can guarantee that the products will not leave our warehouse melted, we cannot guarantee that during delivery products will not result in a melted order. Be mindful if your mail is left outdoors or if you will not be available at time of your mail delivery. IT'S A Bodega is not held responsible for any chocolate items that melt during transit. 

Out of Stock/Restock Items

Our inventory is consistently rotating and subject to items being out of stock or no longer available for restock. With some items being "limited edition" or "seasonal" it makes it difficult to guarantee a item being restocked. We work hard to continually provide you with new and hard to find snacks and beverages. Keep up with our Instagram page for new releases and any things that may be restocked.

Health & Safety

Due to health & safety concerns, all sales on food and beverage products are considered final once they are shipped. All items will have non expired Best By date.


To cancel your order, please email info@itsabodega.com with your Order # and your name. Should an order need to be cancelled/refunded, you will be credited with a refund to you in your original form of payment. All cancellation request will be handle immediately if your order hasn't been processed and shipped out. All shipped orders cannot be canceled. 

Damaged Items

UPS is liable for loss or damage, at no extra cost, for up to $100.00 for each domestic package, international shipment & USPS is liable for loss or damage, at no extra cost, for up to $50.00. In the event of any damage please feel free to contact us at info@itsabodega.com with a picture of the damage product and we will make a claim. We can offer refunds where applicable. IT'S A Bodega is not held responsible for any damages once your order arrives.
